It was because we couldn’t find anywhere that gave us everything we wanted in a holiday that we decided to create the perfect location ourselves.
We wanted the freedom and privacy of a self-catering holiday home, but with the service and attention to detail of a 5 star hotel.
We wanted the unique style, ambiance and quirkiness of a contemporary boutique hotel, but with the charm of a Cornish Cottage.
We wanted WiFi, state-of-art HiFi and all the other essential mod-cons, as well as a fantastically equipped kitchen and fine china and glass from which to eat and drink.
Ideally we wanted a private swimming pool and well equipped gym for those energetic days.
We wanted a stunning location with extraordinary views and remoteness, yet only a few minutes walking distance from the pubs and restaurants of Polperro.
And finally, and most importantly, we wanted a friend on-hand with local knowledge, who could organize anything we wanted to do, take care of all the details and make sure that we had the perfect, relaxing holiday.
