Seaways is located in an elevated, secluded position on the cliff face above the car free road called ‘The Warren’, that runs along the east side of the harbour and connects directly to the coastal footpath to Talland Bay and Looe. The property enjoys stunning sea views and looks out across the quaint little village and picturesque fishing harbour of Polperro.
NB: Not Suitable for the Walking Impaired
The private car park (room for 4 cars) is situated above and behind the cottage. Access to the property is down a long, steep, stepped pathway that meanders down through a woodland area giving the first glimpses of the stunning sea views. The pathway is well lit and has a handrail for the most part. For guidance, the return journey to the car park is a 5 minute walk back up at a slow and steady pace.
There are approximately 125 steps down to seaways, which change direction with the topgraphy of the cliff.
Access to the harbour and Polperro village is via steps down from the front of the cottage, through the garden terraces and into the car free road, ‘The Warren’. Turn left and you are a minute from the coastal footpath. Turn right and a 400 yard walk brings you to the harbour and village with all it’s shops, pubs and restaurants.
The access from ‘The Warren’ is via a very steep, stepped pathway that is unsuitable for the disabled, infirm or walking impaired. The pathway is 100yds long with 12 additional steps up to the cottage on the final approach. The pathway is well lit and has a hand rail for the most part. The secluded pathway is bordered by flower beds, shrubs and trees.
