3.1 When you wish to make a booking enquiry we need to know your name, postal address, email address, and telephone number etc.


3.2  To book, telephone email or write to us using the contact details above (not the registered office address).  We can then check the dates requested and send you a Booking Summary and Licence Agreement relating to our accommodation.  Your booking will come into force once you have agreed to and accepted the Booking Summary and Licence Agreement and we have received your advance payment of 25% of the Licence Fee in cleared funds.


3.3 Additionally, information that you provide or that is obtained by Littoral LLP as a result of your use of this site, will be used by Littoral LLP for assessment and analysis to enable us to review, develop and improve the website and the services we offer and to enable us to provide you with information which we think may be relevant and of interest to you. In addition we may contact you (by e-mail, telephone, mail or otherwise) with other information and about other services (including those of other companies and organisations) which we consider may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this additional information you can opt-out by emailing us using the contact details above.


In order that we can monitor and improve the site, we may gather certain information when you use it, including details of your domain name and IP address, operating system, browser, version, and the URL of the web site that you visited prior to our site. 3. Booking holiday accommodation with us


3.1 You must only book accommodation with us if you are 18 years old or over.


3.2 To book please telephone email or write to us using the contact details above (not the registered office address). We can then check the dates requested and send you a licence agreement relating to our accommodation to sign and return with an advance payment of 25% of the licence fee stated in it. Once your payment has cleared we will sign the licence agreement and send you a signed and dated copy of it. Your booking will come into force at that point.


3.3 Should we enter into a licence agreement with you then that will then regulate our legal relationship with you regarding the holiday accommodation.


3.4 We recommend you to take out travel insurance against cancellation due to ill-health, bereavement etc.


4. Intellectual Property


This website and all of the related pages including but not limited to content, software, code, graphics, photographs or other material contained in or electronically distributed on this website is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use of any copyrighted materials or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of Littoral LLP is strictly prohibited.
